Bright, clear photos with your pet’s face in focus. Avoid dark/blurry pics and tiny subjects far away.

Q3: Can I include more than one pet?

Yes—upload the best photo you have and we’ll format it to look great (best results when pets are clear and well-lit). Mention it in your proof reply if you’d like anything changed.

Q4: How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive in about 2 weeks (proof approval + production + shipping).

Q5: What if there’s an issue with my order?

We offer replacements for print errors or damage. Since this is custom and you approve the proof first, we can’t accept returns for changes of mind.
