Shipping policy

Your design proof

Pay when you place your order. We email your free design proof within one business day. Review it and request changes or approve it before printing. Nothing goes to production until you approve your proof. Time spent waiting for your approval is additional to production and shipping time.

Production after approval

Please allow 3–5 business days after proof approval for printing and quality checks before your order ships. Holiday and peak-period processing may take longer. All products are made to order.

Shipping after production

Estimated transit times after dispatch:

β€’ United States: 3–7 business days.

β€’ Canada and other international destinations available at checkout: 7–14 business days.

Delivery timing depends on proof approval, production, destination, and carrier service. A shipping estimate shown at checkout describes transit and does not include the time needed for proof approval or production. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Order early for holiday gifts.

Shipping charges

United States: $4.99 flat rate per order. Shipping is free when your order total is $45 or more after discounts.

Any two or more items: free shipping plus 10% off, applied automatically at checkout. This offer applies to all destinations we ship to.

Other countries: shipping is calculated at checkout. The $45 free-shipping threshold applies to US orders only.

Different product types may ship separately, at no extra charge to you.

Tracking

We email your tracking information when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for carrier tracking to update.

Address changes and delivery help

Check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us promptly; we may be unable to change an address once production or shipping has begun. If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.

International orders

For available international destinations, customs processing can add time. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or carrier fees are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
