How to measure: lay a sweatshirt you already own flat. Chest width is straight across from armpit to armpit. Length runs from the top of the shoulder beside the collar down to the bottom hem. Sleeve runs from the center back of the collar, over the shoulder, to the cuff. Compare with the chart β measurements can vary by up to 2β³.
Fit: unisex classic fit, roomy through the body. Between sizes? Size up for a relaxed fit. Because each sweatshirt is made for you, please check the chart before ordering β we can't exchange sizes.

Upload your pet photo, pick a design and place your order. We build your design, check it, and email you a free digital proof within one business day. Nothing gets printed until you approve it.
Q2: What photos work best?
Bright, clear photos with your petβs face in focus. Avoid dark/blurry pics and tiny subjects far away.
Q3: Can I include more than one pet?
Each design features one pet. Have more than one? Order one item for each pet β any 2 items get 10% off and free shipping automatically.
Q4: How long until it arrives?
In the US, usually 7β13 business days from order to delivery: your proof within 1 business day, printing in 3β5 business days after you approve, then 3β7 business days in transit. The sooner you approve your proof, the sooner it ships. For Christmas, order by December 5 and approve your proof by December 7. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed.
Q5: What if thereβs an issue with my order?
You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your proof. After approval your item is a final sale, since it's made just for you. If it arrives damaged, misprinted or doesn't match your proof, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.
