Upload your pet photo, pick a design and place your order. We build your design, check it, and email you a free digital proof within one business day. Nothing gets printed until you approve it.

Q2: What photos work best?

Bright, clear photos with your pet’s face in focus. Avoid dark/blurry pics and tiny subjects far away.

Q3: Can I include more than one pet?

Each design features one pet. Have more than one? Order one item for each pet — any 2 items get 10% off and free shipping automatically.

Q4: How long until it arrives?

In the US, usually 7–13 business days from order to delivery: your proof within 1 business day, printing in 3–5 business days after you approve, then 3–7 business days in transit. The sooner you approve your proof, the sooner it ships. For Christmas, order by December 5 and approve your proof by December 7. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed.

Q5: What if there’s an issue with my order?

You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your proof. After approval your item is a final sale, since it's made just for you. If it arrives damaged, misprinted or doesn't match your proof, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.
